The Waterbury Chorale is a Greater Waterbury choral ensemble that has been performing sacred and secular repertoire since 1967. Under longtime director Joseph J. Jacovino, the group welcomes experienced amateur and semi-professional singers from across Connecticut.

Founded in 1967, the Waterbury Chorale brings outstanding choral music to the Greater Waterbury area while giving experienced amateur and semi-professional singers a chance to perform significant works of the repertoire. The Chorale’s seasons span sacred and secular literature reaching back more than five decades, led by Maestro Joseph J. Jacovino with Susan Anthony-Klein serving as rehearsal and performance accompanist. Membership is open to experienced singers throughout the region, with current members coming from towns including Beacon Falls, Bethlehem, Cheshire, Middlebury, Naugatuck, Southbury, Waterbury, Watertown, Woodbury, and many more. Semester dues are $100, plus roughly $25 for music. Rehearsals are held at the United Methodist Church at 305 Main Street in Watertown; the mailing address is PO Box 36, Middlebury, CT 06762.
