Ogham Art

Colleen Conway is the co-owner and primary artist of Ogham Art, a specialty gift business featuring the first written form of the Irish language. Born and raised in Waterbury, Colleen founded Ogham Art with her husband Chris in 2010 after a 17-year career with Barnes & Noble Booksellers. Ogham Art is sold online, in select retail stores and at mobile events such as the annual Waterbury Artisans Marketplace at City Hall. Colleen also offers lectures on the origins of the Ogham alphabet and its place in Celtic history. Ogham Art is a member of the North American Celtic Trade Association and the Nutmeg Collective. The Ogham Art home studio is located in Southington where Colleen resides with Chris and their son Desmond.
