Writing Through Grief with Author Cindy Eastman

Grief is often experienced in community however it is a uniquely personal and individual process. Research shows that writing can be a healing way to deal with challenging life situations such as loss and this workshop will allow participants to explore their own writing as a path through grief. Join Cindy for a 2-part writing workshop.
The Workshop Goal for participants is to learn about the benefits of writing through difficult times. This will be accomplished through writing prompts (with optional sharing) and facilitated discussion. Further resources on the process will be available as well. Questions in advance may be sent to Cindy at mywritual@gmail.com.
