Woodbury Library’s Speakeasy Fundraising Gala

You are invited to the Woodbury Library’s first ever Gala fundraiser!
Set in the speakeasy style of the Roaring 20’s, join us for the jazzy sound of Mama Train, enjoy a drink from Litchfield Distillery, Walker Road Vineyards, or Woodbury Brewing Company, catered hors d’oeuvres from Carole Peck’s Good News Café, all included in the ticket price!
The evening’s festivities include dancing, chance raffles, a silent auction, a wine toss, and a few more surprises! Costumed/period clothing is not required, but encouraged.
Why is the Woodbury Public Library holding a fundraising event? To put it simply, our current Library is out of room. We have reached a point in the Library’s history that a major expansion or a new building is needed to adequately serve the growing needs of the community.
