Poetry Forms and Themes

Poetry forms can provide a powerful way to spark creativity and build a strong foundation for the expression of our ideas and emotions. Each week, we’ll explore different poetry forms, themes, and techniques, read examples, and write and discuss our own poems. Classes will provide a comfortable, supportive environment that encourages everyone to share and support each other in their writing endeavors. Students will write during class and also have at-home assignments. All levels of writers are welcome, from beginners to advanced.
