Classics Book Discussion: “Pushing the Bear” by Diane Glancy

This month we will be discussing “Pushing the Bear” by Diane Glancy. This novel recreates the bone-true tale of the sorrow, struggle and betrayal suffered by the Cherokee along the Trail of Tears in the winter of 1838-39.
