Brass City Brew and ‘Que

One of the largest brew fests in New England, where you can sample over 200 varieties of beer and “New” spiked seltzer & Vodka soda from different brands, and challenge friends to a game of cornhole plus other fun games.

Now in it’s 16th year, the beer festival will include live entertainment from two bands; Sex & Candy, a 90’s tribute band that covers alternative rock, pop, dance, and gunge, as well hear a performance from the Rob Glassman Band (3 p.m.), which covers music by artists like the Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia, the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, and others.

Individuals can save on VIP or GA tickets now through Friday, September 2.

A VIP admission ticket, priced at $75, provides access to the event one hour early (noon to 1 p.m.), a tasting glass, $5 food voucher that can be redeemed at any on-site participating food truck, a VIP-only t-shirt, and more. General admission entry begins at 1 p.m. and provides access to the event until close at 5 p.m. A designated driver admission is also available for $20. Plenty of free parking options are available.

There is also a Pit Master BBQ competition where amateurs challenge each other in a fun backyard-style smokin’ up ribs and two other categories to be judged by experts. Attendees can view the competition and can purchase items like pulled pork, candied bacon and other non-bbq meal options at any of the participating food trucks.
